Announcement No. 6 (November 15, 2015)
On 28 October 2015, the Bùi Trọng Chương Scholarship Fund (BTCSF) Executive Committee unanimously voted to amend three articles in the BTCSF bylaw (Articles 3, 16.3, and 32.1). We amended these 3 articles in order to qualify for registration with Canada Revenue Agency as a Charity under the Income Tax Act of Canada.
