In 2023, the Bùi Trọng Chương scholarship fund
(BTCSF) received 1,650 CAD and 255 million VND in donations (equivalent to 12,395 USD), including a generous gift of 200
million VND from Mr. Đặng Văn Thành and Mrs. Huỳnh Bích Ngọc of TTC Conglomerate.
BTCSF increased the number of scholarships from 14 in 2019-20 to 26 (305 million VND in total) in 2023-24. Mr. Trần Hữu Phúc Tiến’s company Vietnam Centrepoint continued to provide 26 foreign language bursaries (VND 11 million each quarter, up to 44 million a year) to each of 26 Bùi Trọng Chương scholarship recipients in 2023-24.
